Client Referral Rewards Program

Planet Media’s success has always relied heavily on referrals from industry contacts that appreciate the high quality of our work and our ever growing satisfied client base. To that end, we are now offering the following Referral Partner Program.

We will pay you for new client referrals. This is a great way to create a new revenue stream for your company and ensure your clients have access to our outstanding web production services. This program is perfect for graphic artists, advertising agencies, public relations firms, marketing companies, hosting companies and individuals wishing to supplement their income.

Here is how it works.

1. When you have a new referral, simply contact our sales team at 303-295-1402 or complete the contact form and select the “Client Referral Rewards Program”.
   
2. Enter the name, phone number and email address of your referral in the comments section of the form.
   
3. As soon as you contact us with your referral, a Planet Media sales representative will do the rest. There is no selling or additional service required by you to qualify for payment.
   

Planet Media will compensate referrals in the following manner:

1. For any sales leads that you refer to Planet Media, where Planet Media spends minimal time to close a project, Planet Media agrees to pay to you 10% of the initial contract amount.
   
2. For any sales leads that you refer to Planet Media, where Planet Media spends significant time to close a project, Planet Media agrees to pay to you 7% of the initial contract amount.
   
3. For any lead that you refer to Planet Media that results in recurring monthly fees beyond the initial project contract, Planet Media agrees to pay to you 5% of the recurring fees accrued during the first 12 months of the contract.
   

Payment Terms

Planet Media will pay gross sales commissions within 30 days of receipt of fees from a client. If the client is paying in increments over time, then commission checks will be based on the same increments and timeframe. Planet Media shall not be responsible for withholding income or other taxes from the payments made for the referral. You shall be solely responsible for filing all returns and paying any income, social security or other tax levied with respect to the payments made by Planet Media.
